They may see the good you do as self serving. Continue to do good. They may see your generosity as grandstanding. Continue to be generous. They may see your warm and caring nature as a weakness. Continue to be warm and caring. For you see, in the end, it is between you and God. It was never between you and them anyway.
I guess that it means the same thing that it meant when I fussed for 2 weeks about Edwin's mustache and then didn't notice for about 5 days that it was gone. Looks are not really the most important thing that we see in our loved ones.
A few days after I posted this Steven walked in the room while I was playing with the blog template. He read this post and insisted he had noticed.Nice try but I'm not buying!
